Client: Car Electronics Ltd, Leicester

An online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system developed for both staff and customer use.

Providing the functionality for customers to fill in the details about their problem merchandise, and thus allowing staff to view, authorise and troubleshoot RMA requests.

Functionality was also extended by providing a RMA history/ticket section to allow engineers and customers to converse. Emails are fired at each stage to keep both staff and customers up-to-date.
